Job Description
HR Business Partner / Senior HR Manager( Automotive Retail Sector) - Johannesburg Sandton - R40 000 to R60 000
A growing mid-sized automotive dealership is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and elevate the HR function during an exciting expansion phase. While automotive experience is not essential a background in the retail sector is highly advantageous.
This is a strategic role suited for someone confident in leading from the front bringing structure implementing people strategies that support scale and shaping a strong performance-driven culture. As the business prepares for multi-location growth we need a forward-thinking leader who can support and influence at all levels.
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager

Strong understanding of HR practices principles and labour legislation

Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Demonstrated experience leading change and driving cultural transformation

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior teams

Retail experience preferred
