Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and drive onboarding processes for new hires including paperwork documentation and system setup.
2. A Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition and resourcing team including data entry filing and record-keeping.
3. Liaise with new hires hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
4. Track and maintain accurate onboarding metrics including time-to-productivity and new hire satisfaction.
5. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and implement changes to enhance the new hire experience.
