Job Description
Syntech is a rapidly growing technology distributor dedicated to improving lives through innovative technology. Our diverse product range includes cutting-edge smart home devices the latest gaming gear consumer electronics and a wide array of commercial solutions. We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Listing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team based in Cape Town.
As the E-commerce Listings Assistant you will play a crucial role in our listings team working in the listings team. You will support the creation optimisation and management of product listings across our platforms ensuring content is accurate engaging and up to industry standards. Youll also play a key role in maintaining our listing workflows and managing content storage.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 years experience in e-commerce product listings digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Advanced PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop.
- Familiarity with WordPress content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive energetic attitude.
- Comfortable with learning and using new software systems and project management tools (e.g. ).
- Proficiency or interest in combining copywriting techniques with AI prompt engineering.
- Ensure that published listings maintain the essence of Syntechs brand voice.
