Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Database

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the database.
  • Liaise with Logistics personnel and suppliers in order to provide input in the development of SLAs with suppliers.

Tender- and Contract Administration

  • Assist with the compilation of tender documentation for projects.
  • Commercial and financial evaluation of tenders.
  • Negotiate tenders and assist with obtaining tenders from marketplace through marketing process.
  • Assist in the compilation of contracts with service providers evaluate and make recommendations regarding contract stipulations.
  • Enforce contractual rights toward adhering to contract and legal requirements.

Procurement Control

  • Execute and maintain purchase orders.
  • Provide input in the compilation of monthly reports regarding purchasing process.
  • Ensure accuracy of both quality and quantity of products.
  • Ensure procurement savings.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years Contract Management / Procurement / Supply Chain (Mandatory)
Computer Literacy (Mandatory)

Qualifications:
BCom Supply Chain/ BCom Law/ LLB or equivalent.
NQF Level 7 (Mandatory)

Drivers License (Mandatory)
