Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and ongoing administration of unit trust investments

Maintain accurate client account records and verify banking details

Assist with payment processing and fund transfers

Handle foreign exchange instructions and ensure compliance

Prepare fee calculations journal entries and support internal financial tasks

Accurately capture financial data and maintain documentation

Provide general operational support across teams
Minimum Requirements
-
Completed BCom degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

Strong academic background
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
