Job Description
As a Frontend Developer for Supply Control youll play a key role in developing testing deploying and operating frontend applications that support material planning and call-off processes across all group plants globally.
This is a highly impactful role where your work will directly influence supply chain efficiency and visibility at a global scale.

Qualifications-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a similar qualification
-
6 years of experience in Frontend Development
-
3 years of experience in Backend Development
-
3 years of experience working with Public Cloud (Azure)
Frontend:
-
6 years of experience in JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS
-
Strong knowledge of UI frameworks such as Angular (v9) or React
-
3 years of experience with test frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright)
Backend (Java or Python):
-
3 years of experience in Java (JavaEE) and/or Python (3.9)
-
1 years of experience with frameworks such as Spring Spring Boot Quarkus (Java) or Flask Django (Python)
-
1 years of experience with Test Frameworks (from unit to end-to-end)
DevOps:
-
1 years of experience with containerization and orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker
-
1 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and automation (e.g. GitHub Actions)
-
1 years of experience with infrastructure and application provisioning using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices (e.g. Terraform Ansible ArgoCD Flux Helm)
-
Experience with monitoring and logging
Additional:
-
Familiarity with ITIL Operation processes (Incident Problem Change Management)
-
Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
-
Any additional responsibilities as assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
-
Experience with streaming solutions (e.g. Kafka)
-
Knowledge of microservices development and maintenance
-
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
-
Exposure to SAP systems (ECC S/4)
-
Handle 2nd and 3rd level operations
-
Develop new functionality across frontend and backend
-
Implement changes and enhancements to existing solutions
-
Build and improve automated testing for the solution
-
Develop API integrations to backend services
-
Perform functional and technical refinement of requirements
-
Manage maintenance and enhancements
-
Support and conduct error analysis during overall group test cycles and rollouts
-
Perform code quality reviews and ensure best practices across all teams (Group ZA Group Germany and third-party suppliers)
