- Drafting and preparing transfer bond and bond cancellation documents.
- Preparing Estate transfers.
- Managing files from inception to final accounts.
Requirements
- LLB Degree/Member of Legal Practice Council & Admitted as a Conveyancer.
- Experience in Lexis Convey advantageous.
- Strong admin skills.
