Full-Time Sales & Lead Generation Specialist Work from Home (U.S. Company)
Were GuildSteam a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated sales and lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 3 years of experience in cold outreach email marketing telemarketing and CRM tools wed love to hear from you.
This is a full-time remote role.
Working Hours (Remote Fixed Schedule):
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
(Matching 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time USA)
Starting Pay:
ZAR 6720 per week

What Youll Be Doing:
- Prospecting leads and building outbound lists
- Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns
- Outbound phone calls (B2B focus)
- CRM and pipeline management
- Helping build and execute sales funnels
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in lead generation and sales
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Experience with email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot Zoho Manatal)
- Experience with Lead Generation systems (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator )
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
