Job Description
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Word Excel Power Point etc)
- Previous marketing support experience
- Excellent admin skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Valid drivers license Own Vehicle
- Matric
Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Marketing material (brochures business cards etc)
- Ordering of Promotional items (models golf shirts caps etc)
- Advertising bookings and material
- Marketing photos and videos
- Marketing support for operations (Ensure that Trainees receive bags T-Shirts caps etc)
- Organizing marketing events (shows & exhibitions golf days etc)
- Be responsible for the Marketing Storeroom (inventory)
- Supplier registrations in other countries (Peru Philippines and other)
- Checking customer websites for tender opportunities and communicate details to the team
- Manage corporate social investment
- Preparing Purchase Orders for Marketing Suppliers and check invoices against orders before sending it to finance.
