Service Calls in Axapta (ERP)
- Opening of service calls upon planner request.
- Costing calls per contract-based costing sheets.
- Investigate discrepancies in time or material usage and update call details accordingly.
- Manage and ensure Work in Progress is live and report on status and relevant actions.
- Changing service call status to Closed ensuring SLA compliance and costing accuracy.
Invoicing
- Create pro forma invoices for PO requests (high-volume administrative task).
- Invoice clients in line with PO schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding customer POs.
- Escalate unresolved PO delays to divisional managers after 5 working days.
Quote Generation
- Allocate quote requests to applicable Service Administrators using the Service Enabler tool.
- Complete allocated quote requests for review and approval.
- Submit approved quotes to customers.
- Follow up on submitted quotes to confirm receipt and next steps.
- Confirmation of quotes and forward to open Service call on ERP system on receipt of PO.
- Reassign call to relevant Service Coordinator.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Strong administrative and ERP accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up ability.
- High attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
