Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Sales Agent that is fluent in Amharic Arabic and English to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service administration or call centre environments and will play a vital role in resolving customer queries maintaining accurate records and driving brand engagementparticularly within the informal sector.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 12 years experience in a call centre customer service or administrative role Fluency in Amharic Arabic and English (essential) Experience working within or engaging the informal market (advantageous) Strong customer service orientation Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Planning prioritisation and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to work independently and under pressure Self-motivated and proactive Brand awareness and ability to promote effectively Strong administration skills
Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with customers in the informal sector to resolve queries and complaints Record all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively Provide timely and effective feedback to customers based on client communication Promote and represent the brand positively in the target market Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships Support daily administrative functions and ensure all records are up to date Meet performance targets aligned with incentives
