We are looking for a Service Centre Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Service Centre Officer we rely on you to:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
- Provide andrecord all guest messages and wake-up calls
- Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
- Answer general inquiries and explainlatest F&B promotion
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience in the Hotelor Service Industry
- Proven demonstration of teamwork
- Good command of English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willingnessto rotate acrossshifts including day night and overnight shifts
