Essence of the job:
Our client is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator with at least 3 years experience in administration preferably within the construction industry. The role entails a mixture of administration minute taking and HR Clerk functions. Additionally the role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle diverse administrative tasks including secretarial duties.
Qualification:
Matric / Grade 12
Comm Administration of Similar (Preferred)
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrate high levels of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
Own reliable transport to Head Officeand license preferred.
Highly organized and neat with the ability to prioritize.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel (intermediate) Outlook).
Minute meetings for directors.
