- At least 2 published academic journal articles or book chapters or conference proceedings.
- Securities & Financial Markets Law (Securities RegulationFinancial Inclusion Financial law Banking law Competitionlaw Market Abuse and Financial Crime RegulationRegulation and Use of Fintech and AI Measures to CurbFinancial Crime Fintech and Securities Law Fintech andFinancial Markets Law).
- Submit a detailed CV; 2 reference letters; copies of LLD/PHDcertificate; copy of LLD/PHD Thesis; copies of publications orlink to publications; 2 page proposal of the envisagedpostdoctoral research.
