Equifindare representing a boutique but Global City based Brokerage who are looking to hire a Financial and Regulatory Accountant.
This is a great opportunity for somebody to join a diverse team of Investment professionals and jump in at the deep end. The company is going through an extensive growth period both in head count and Investment Portfolio launching new Products in 2025 so it is a really exciting time to join the Company.
The Finance and Regulatory Reporting Team is part of the Finance function and oversees the Regulatory Reporting for CASS and Capital based on FCA CASS rules and FCA MIFIDPRU guide-lines. The candidate will support the Head of CASS and Regulatory to oversee the Operational effectiveness of the system and controls to achieve compliance with both CASS and MIFIDPRU requirements to ensure the Firm meets its Client and Regulatory obligations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities for this Financial and Regulatory Position:
- Preparation of the Firms daily CASS reporting in accordance with CASS 7 stipulations
- Interpretation understanding of the daily Bank and Trade Reconciliation processes and the relationship to the overall CASS reporting
- Facilitate overall CASS frame-work such as the monthly Client Money and Asset Return (CMAR) CASS policies and procedure CASS rule mapping management and accuracy of the CASS Resolution Pack
- Promote good CASS Compliance and awareness across the Firm.
- Support and monitoring of appropriate systems and controls required to enable the firm to comply with the FCA CASS Rules

Salary:
This excellent Financial and Reporting Accountant opportunity in the City London will pay between 40000 - 50000 Per Annum depending on experience.
