The Role: People Operations Administrator

This half-day part-time role is perfect for someone seeking flexibility an experienced professional seeking balance or someone exploring part-time consulting. Youll provide day-to-day HR support contributing to the full employee lifecycle and helping to foster an engaged organised and people-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding from drafting offer letters to preparing welcome packs
  • Maintain HR systems files and compliance documentation
  • Draft employee communications and coordinate internal HR touchpoints
  • Update contracts policies and people-related trackers
  • Assist in executing culture and wellbeing initiatives
  • Organise internal events training and development activities
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics including scheduling and feedback
  • Prepare people data reports including DEI joiners and leavers

About You

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or people operations
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Confident with digital tools and HRIS platforms
  • Discreet professional and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Friendly proactive and collaborative
  • Passionate about HR and eager to grow in the field
