What Youll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through networking referrals and community involvement
Offer customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty & Life & Health products
Close new business and retain clients using proven sales strategies and tools
Set and track personal sales goals while learning how to scale your operation optimally

What Youll Need

A competitive goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients
Drive and discipline to work independently while being part of a high-performance team
Nevada Property & Casualty (required) & Life & Health insurance licenses (preferred)
3 years of Insurance Sales experience (preferred)
