Job Description

Youll play a key role in shaping their digital infrastructure and energy platform from designing tools that optimize solar performance to building intelligent systems that power our customers decisions. Youll lead a talented engineering team that thrives on innovation collaboration and solving complex real-world problems. Your leadership will directly impact how we scale operate and deliver value to customers across regions.
Requirements:
- 10 years experience in the solar industry with 5 years in a managerial position
- Experience in technical consulting EPC or Asset Management
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems structural design components and solar equipment manufactures
- Registration with ECSA
- Proficiency in PVSyst Solargis AutoCAD Sketchup PVCase and Homer
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence inclusion and continuous improvement
- Guide the development of scalable secure and high-performance systems for monitoring and managing solar energy assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product operations and data teams to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
