Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to support the effective execution of Amazons Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role that involves implementing key program components coordinating across teams and ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.

As a Program Manager youll be responsible for executing defined plans managing day-to-day program operations and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Youll work across functions such as Business Legal Finance and HR to support accurate documentation process improvements and reporting. Youll also support the communication of program milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes. Youll interact with both internal and external stakeholders supporting training sessions maintaining reporting tools and escalating issues as needed to maintain compliance and performance.

Key job responsibilities
- Implement and manage key components of Amazons B-BBEE program.
- Track and report on compliance metrics identifying gaps and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support internal reviews and partner with Business Legal Public Policy and Finance to ensure program accuracy and alignment.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and escalate compliance concerns as needed.
- Coordinate with teams to maintain accurate documentation and data for audits and reporting.
- Organize and support training and stakeholder update sessions to drive awareness and accountability.
- Provide timely actionable updates to leadership on program progress and roadblocks.



- Bachelors degree
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
- Experience in program or project management with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing B-BBEE compliance programs.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to track performance and drive process improvements.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

- Process improvement experience in a regulated environment.
- Honors degree or MBA in business operations human resources or a related field.
