Position: Portfolio Management Assistant
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00 CST
Salary range: USD 1200- 1500 per month (depending on experience)

The Role
We re on the lookout for a detail-driven Portfolio Management Administrative Assistant to lead our utility billing program across properties and tenants. This role is key to ensuring our systems run smoothly bills are processed accurately and tenants receive reliable and transparent service. You ll be working behind the scenes to consolidate utility bills manage chargebacks update internal systems and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. What You ll Do
- Collect review and enter utility bills (electricity water gas etc.) for multiple properties
- Ensure timely reconciliation and tenant billing in our internal management system
- Flag billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with vendors and property managers
- Maintain organized up-to-date billing records and reports
- Monitor utility trends and assist in cost-saving initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the portfolio management team
What You Bring
- Experience in billing admin or property management (1 2 years preferred)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail and a love for process improvement
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently
- Familiarity with tenant ledgers and utility chargebacks
- Working knowledge of property management or real estate processes
