Performance Objectives for Year One Success in this role will be measured by the achievement of the following objectives:
- Transition to Proactive Problem Management: Within the first six months analyze recurring ticket data to identify the top three systemic issues affecting our clients. You will then lead the root-cause analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to design and implement permanent solutions demonstrably reducing ticket volume for those identified problems.
- Develop the Central Knowledge Hub: By the end of year one spearhead the project to build and document a comprehensive knowledge base for key client systems. This involves creating clear documentation for system configurations troubleshooting guides and issue resolutions resulting in a verifiable improvement in the teams average resolution time and first-call success rate.
- Become a Go-To System Expert: Within 9 months establish yourself as the primary subject matter expert for at least one core client Capital Markets system. You will act as the key liaison between end-users and development teams effectively translating complex business requirements into clear functional or technical specifications for system enhancements and solutions.
- Achieve Service Excellence: Within the first 90 days gain mastery of a key clients primary Capital Markets platform. You will consistently meet or exceed all service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket response and resolution while earning positive feedback from users for providing clear expert support.
