Senior Systems AnalystThe Role
The Digital Marketing Team within Fidelity Institutional Business Enablement Technology (FIBET) is seeking a skillful upbeat Systems Analyst. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies.
The Expertise Were Looking For
- 5 years of Systems Analysis experience
- Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology
- Confidence in SQL skills
- Excellent analytical reporting and problem-solving skills including strong judgement issues management and problem analysis techniques
- Excellent interpersonal relationship management and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Financial services experience is a benefit

- Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth to learn and to engage with peers in technical and design discussions
- Ability to apply a long-term mentality to help produce scalable maintainable solutions

- Encouraging Agile methodologies

- Passion to provide mentoring support on development standards to other analysts within the wider FIBET team
- Desire to provide outstanding product support at all stages including on-call support when necessary
Senior Systems Analysts:
- Collaborate with business and development teams to craft and implement solutions.
- Elicit high-quality business requirements using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Apply strong SQL skills and analytical problem-solving techniques.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and drive backlog refinement processes.
- Balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide mentoring on development standards and offer outstanding product support.
