Job Description
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star establishment
- Must have bar set-up drinks service and bar hygiene knowledge including excellent cocktail knowledge
- Be familiar with operating procedures for all Food and Beverage machines equipment and tools
- Proficiency in POS systems (Easipos preferred).
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be guest service-oriented
- Matric
- Wine certificate course/mixology training would be beneficial
- Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas
