Job Description
When the pressures on and the margins are tight we dont flinchwe forecast. Were looking for an Assistant Financial Controller who can spot the cracks before they cost us and turn chaos into clean actionable numbers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Financial Controller with month-end and year-end processes
- Prepare and review management accounts reports and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
- Manage cost tracking and analysis across operations
- Liaise with auditors and support annual audit process
- Collaborate with operational teams on budgeting and forecasting
- BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum)
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Industry experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred
- SAP experience is non-negotiable
- Strong Excel and financial reporting capabilities
- Attention to detail ability to manage deadlines and a proactive mindset
