Job Description
Process and manage customer sales orders with accuracy and urgency
Update and maintain ERP/CRM system master data
Liaise with internal sales teams and customers on order pricing and availability queries
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare invoices and credit notes; manage account reconciliations
Follow up on outstanding payments and generate debtor aging reports
Process and track claims related to deliveries pricing or product discrepancies
Book and coordinate outbound deliveries; liaise with logistics providers and warehouses
Prepare shipping documentation and monitor delivery performance
Assist with financial reporting and month-end tasks
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 23 years experience in administration customer service or sales/operations support
Working knowledge of accounts receivable and debtor reconciliation
Familiarity with logistics and transport coordination (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Prior experience using ERP/CRM systems (Sage Evolution preferred)
Strong communication organisation and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Qualification:
Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential)
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration Finance Logistics or related field
