Introduction
SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK
(RETAIL FMCG FINANCE DEPARTMENT)
RIVERFIELDS KEMPTON PARK JOHANNESBURG
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on Offer: R18 000 R25 000 per month
- AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - START ON 01 SEPTEMBER 2025
- Position is based in near Kempton Park (Reside in close proximity)
- Matric
- B. Comm Degree in Accounting Finance Management (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous experience in a Financial environment isESSENTIAL
- Duties:Daily Sales Assisting with Debtors Processing Claims Updating CMPL
Allocating payments clearing accounts Assisting with Creditors Capturing expense invoices handling supplier queries for trade expenses Creditors Recons Preparing payments for trade expenses Assisting Accountant & Jnr Accountant Weekly & Monthly Management reporting on Excel Weekly updating of conference call information Posting of Journals Management Reports Strong Admin
- Highly experienced on an Accounting Packages(Recent packages)
- Proficient on SAP(ESSENTIAL)
- Contactable References & C & C history
- Proficient on all MS Office packages with Advanced MS Excel & SAP
- Valid drivers license (no endorsements)
- Own reliable vehicle / transport

- Preparing payments for trade expenses
- Assisting Accountant & Jnr Accountant
- Weekly & Monthly Management reporting on Excel
- Weekly updating of conference call information
- Posting of Journals
- Management Reports
- Strong Admin
