Job Description
Disability Support Worker Community Support Service
Location: Belmont & Cessnock (including Newcastle)
Award: SCHADS Level 2
Shifts: 26 hours (multiple shifts available)
Perks: Access over $15K in salary packaging
Requirements: Full Drivers Licence Full Comprehensive Insurance
Own It What Youll Do
As a Disability Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions youll empower individuals to live independently at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with community access and participation
- Mentor and assist with hobbies interests and social skills
- Teach independent living tasks (cooking cleaning routines)
- Provide personal care (e.g. toileting showering feeding)
- Administer medication and complete documentation as required

Youll Need:
- A current Drivers Licence (essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (HLTAID003)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & non-verbal)
- Qualifications in Disability or Community Services (desirable)
