Job Description

Disability Support Worker Community Support Service

Location: Belmont & Cessnock (including Newcastle)
Award: SCHADS Level 2
Shifts: 26 hours (multiple shifts available)
Perks: Access over $15K in salary packaging
Requirements: Full Drivers Licence Full Comprehensive Insurance

Own It What Youll Do

As a Disability Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions youll empower individuals to live independently at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Support clients with community access and participation
    • Mentor and assist with hobbies interests and social skills
    • Teach independent living tasks (cooking cleaning routines)
    • Provide personal care (e.g. toileting showering feeding)
    • Administer medication and complete documentation as required
