Introduction
POSITION: Power Project Manager
INDUSTRY: Engineering
SALARIES: Up to R1.3mil p/a

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated Master Programme Schedules using risk frameworks
- Facilitate resource loading and levelling across departments to support efficient execution
- Implement and continually refine Project Quality Plans to meet evolving requirements
- Conduct GEMBA / VFL reviews to enforce HSE compliance on project sites
- Manage cash flow forecasts and milestone-based revenue
- Analyze cost time and quality performance throughout power solution implementation
- Lead structured risk reviews and drive mitigation strategies with contingency planning
- Record and address nonconformances using the NCR Register
- Coach Project Managers through Leaders Standard Work
- Foster team cohesion and continuous improvement within the Solutions department
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality concerns
- Establish and maintain the Sourcing Supermarket in partnership
- Control documentation and compliance objectives to ensure handover readiness
- Report KPI achievements and consolidate records into the final MDR for client delivery
- Apply the companys systems to enhance project delivery effectiveness
- Capture lessons learned and assess vendor performance for continuous improvement
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical engineering roles
