A leading high-end cabinetry and furniture manufacturing company based in Sandton Gauteng is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor Controller with a strong background in managing and optimizing production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and reliable professional who can lead production teams ensure operational efficiency and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with operational safety and quality standards.
- Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Lead and motivate production staff to maximize efficiency and maintain morale.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Uphold health safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical or production management qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor Controller or similar role in a cabinetry furniture or related manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of production planning scheduling and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
