This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth ensuring operational excellence and leading cross-functional teams (Sales Operations Quality and Client Management).

Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development: Drive regional growth strategy develop new business opportunities with OEMs Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers and expand service offerings.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and act as the escalation point for complex client issues.
Operational Leadership: Manage all functional areas (Operations Sales Finance HR Quality and IT) to ensure day-to-day efficiency and alignment with global goals.
Service Delivery & Innovation: Oversee projects such as Quality Containments 3PL Logistics Rework Campaigns and Manpower Outsourcing.
Team Leadership & Development: Attract inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Financial & P&L Management: Ensure cost optimization accurate budgeting forecasting and operational compliance.
Brand Building: Represent the company at industry events trade shows and build brand presence in South Africa.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or similar (MBA preferred).
Formal quality certification (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) is advantageous.
Experience:
810 years of leadership experience ideally in automotive electronics or manufacturing service industries.
Strong track record in business development client management operations and P&L oversight.
Experience leading multi-functional teams (Sales Quality HR Finance IT).
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of quality services (sorting rework containment).
Familiarity with OEM/Tier supplier supply chains.
3PL logistics or manpower services experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Advanced negotiation communication and project management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Other:
Willingness to travel.
Valid drivers license.
