Job Description

alent Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.

Forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead mentor and scale a team of recruiters sourcers and coordinators across regions.

Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on diversity equity and inclusion.

Process Optimization

Design and implement efficient data-driven recruitment processes and tools.

Leverage technology (ATS CRM AI tools) to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and deliver on talent goals.

Provide strategic counsel to leadership on market trends talent availability and hiring best practices.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Champion the employer brand through digital campaigns events and partnerships.

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Metrics & Reporting

Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-hire etc.).

Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Vendor Management:

Given responsibility by the Executive Owner to act as the Relationship Owner and primary business contact for the services being outsourced. Responsible for meeting the day-to-day requirements as outlined in the VM&O Policy and its supporting procedures.

Responsible for providing a risk assessment for agreeing risk appetite and also for monitoring performance vs appetite. Ensuring that the Groups Service Providers are adhering to the Information Security Requirements. To participate in Group Relationship Owner training and training refreshers as scheduled.

Maintain relevant supporting evidence and documentation within the service provider file in line with data retention requirements.
