Job Description
- Five or more years of experience managing environmentally controlled poultry houses.
- Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency
- Experience with SKOV/MUNTERS climate control systems
- Computer literate with solid record-keeping skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive productivity.
- Physically fit with no allergies to feathers/dust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Oversee daily operations of broiler houses including chick placement feeding ventilation and bird health.
- Manage climate control systems to ensure optimal production conditions
- Monitor and maintain water feed and sanitation systems
- Enforce biosecurity protocols and ensure accurate documentation
- Lead train and manage farm staff effectively
