Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Legal Practitioner based at the mining company head office in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

  • Draft review and negotiate commercial and mining-related agreements in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage legal processes related to mineral rights including Section 11 and 102 applications and amendments.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for mining operations and transactions.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate commercial and regulatory matters ensuring adherence to corporate governance.
  • Handle dispute resolution and support litigation processes impacting mining and business operations.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • LLB Degree
  • 5 years working experience in the mining sector
