Position : Marketing Assistant
Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST
Salary Range :$1000-$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns coordinating events creating content and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is highly organized creative and eager to grow within the marketing field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support content creation for social media email newsletters blogs and other marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights
- Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
- Coordinate marketing events trade shows and promotional activities
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics
- Manage marketing calendars and project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing databases
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA laws and regulations establish requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics email marketing platforms CMS etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Graphic design skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
