Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview
As a Talent Partner you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing top-tier talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated entrepreneurial and eager to earn based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates:Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Candidate Screening:Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
- Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Pipeline Management:Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
- Placement Success:Successfully match candidates with client opportunities ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a commission-only environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
