Talent Acquisition Specialist Tech (Banking)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top tech talent in banking.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviews and offers.
- Proactively source candidates via job boards networks social media and pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve strategies.
- Represent employer brand at events and promote opportunities.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient processes.
- Manage Salary Proposal
