Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist Tech (Banking)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top tech talent in banking.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interviews and offers.
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards networks social media and pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve strategies.
  • Represent employer brand at events and promote opportunities.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient processes.
  • Manage Salary Proposal

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting tech roles in banking/financial services.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred.
