Job Description

Anticipated contract length/Duration: 11 months (July 1st 2025 - June 2026)

Our client in the global professional services industry is on a mission to capture and organise the worlds lived wisdom - and youll be at the heart of making that happen. Theyre looking for a highly skilled Creative - Content Designer who is equal parts storyteller sense-maker and anthropologist. If you thrive on meaningful conversations uncovering insights and translating complex experiences into usable knowledge this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Conduct in-depth 1:1 interviews with experts guiding thoughtful conversations to surface stories lived experiences mental models and actionable insights.
  • Ask probing follow-up questions to go beyond surface-level responses and reveal what truly matters.
  • Synthesise conversations into clear structured formats - such as frameworks principles annotated transcripts or first-person narratives.
  • Write and edit compelling summaries vignettes and knowledge pieces that authentically capture the voice of each expert.
  • Collaborate with tagging and vectorisation teams to structure content optimally for AI learning and knowledge management.
  • Refine question sets and interview flows to suit various life domains and personas.
  • Occasionally guide experts through diary-style self-submissions (written or voice) and help transform them into usable knowledge assets.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: journalism non-fiction writing UX research qualitative research ethnography ghost-writing or strategic storytelling.
  • Proven experience interviewing subject matter experts executives or individuals with rich and diverse lived experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesise unstructured input into structured knowledge stories or systems.

Skills and attributes:

  • Deep curiosity and an empathetic communication style.
  • A natural storyteller with a strong writing portfolio (published or ghostwritten work is a plus).
  • Exceptional synthesis skills - able to distill complex or ambiguous conversations into clear meaningful insights.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments with minimal oversight.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with knowledge management practices tagging systems or AI-driven content workflows.
