What the job involves..

Conducting shelf-life stability testing to assess physical and chemical stability of existing formulations

Performing R&D testing on new raw materials including developing methods for accurate evaluation
-
Capturing test results into protocols with precision

Analysing and interpreting data with the Formulations Chemist to spot trends issues and opportunities for improvement
-
Providing hands-on support to formulation chemists on projects and problem-solving production issues
-
Working closely with cross-functional teams including production managers and quality assurance
-
Preparing clear concise written reports to communicate findings
What you need to be considered..
-
BSc in Chemistry or related field
-
Minimum 2 years experience in formulation development or factory operations in the cosmetics industry

Strong numerical and computer literacy skills
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proven problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
-
Keen attention to detail accuracy is key in both work and reporting
Bonus points if you..

Have hands-on experience with both R&D and production troubleshooting in skincare or personal care

Bring ideas for innovative formulations or process improvements

Have worked in an environment where products are exported internationally
