Job Description
As the System Implementation Specialist your duties include the following:
Lead and oversee the nationwide implementation of SAGE X3 replacing existing ERP platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes data migration and reporting needs
Develop and deliver tailored training to finance and operational staff
Troubleshoot system issues and provide on-site support during roll-out phases
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
Skills & Experience:
Extensive proven experience with SAGE X3 implementations
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels
Agility resilience and a problem-solving mindset
Willingness and ability to travel for up to three weeks at a time during the implementation phases
Qualification:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
Completed Matric (Grade 12)
