Our Company is hiring a Trainee Manager who will learn and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business gaining leadership skills and operational knowledge to progress into a management role.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning organising and supervising daily operations.

Support the management team in meeting sales service and operational targets.

Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Learn and implement company policies procedures and best practices.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Prepare and analyse operational and sales reports.

Participate in training programs and performance reviews.
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field advantageous).

Previous retail hospitality or supervisory experience beneficial but not essential.

Willingness to undergo structured training.
