- Define manage and ensure delivery of userfacing electrical system attributes adhering strictly to quality standards functional requirements and homologation criteria.
- Lead vehicle integration processes focusing on softwaredriven user interfaces infotainment systems telematics and digital cockpit solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for existing vehicle software updates and new vehicle model launches ensuring precise execution and timely completion.
- Facilitate crossfunctional team meetings to resolve issues perform risk assessments and define mitigation strategies related to electrical system attributes.
- Regularly communicate attribute development status proactively identifying challenges blockers and action plans for resolution.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement activities using structured problemsolving techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Automotive Engineering Software Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Electrical Systems and UserFacing Software.
- Fluent in English (speaking reading writing). Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
- Indepth knowledge of vehicle electrical systems particularly userfacing software attributes including infotainment telematics digital clusters vehicle connectivity and user experience (UX/UI).
- Experience in managing integration coordination for electrical systems involving CAE simulations software validation user interface design and homologation processes.
- Strong ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams including Vehicle Integration Software Development EE Engineering and Validation teams.
- Proficient in software development lifecycle processes software validation and implementation of userfacing functionalities in vehicles.
- Familiarity with Electric Vehicle platforms and associated electrical architectures including integration strategies for userfocused software.
- Experience in EE Software Vehicle Testing and Validation processes specific to vehiclelevel user interactions and connectivity features.
- Program management skills: able to synchronize the development of electrical system attributes with vehicle program schedules effectively coordinating with EE Quality Validation departments to plan track resolve and escalate key issues.
- Strong knowledge of Functional Implementation Plans software release management and userfocused software deployment processes.
- Proficiency in managing JIRA IMS & FRS tickets for electrical system quality and validation activities.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).
- Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Expertise in DFMEA DVP and structured problemsolving methodologies (8D 5Y DFSS FTA Fish Bone)
