Lead the companys business development efforts within the government sector being responsible for achieving sales and performance targets in this industry.
Identify and pursue opportunities to deploy company solutions within government agencies aligning with current regulatory frameworks and market expectations.
Manage strategic government accounts and highvalue projects overseeing the complete sales process from lead generation through to contract closure and aftersales support. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored valuedriven solutions.
Track industry shifts and competitor strategies to generate market intelligence that supports adaptive and competitive gotomarket plans.
Cultivate strong lasting relationships with key stakeholders in governmental organizations to secure ongoing collaboration and business continuity.
Provide support to internal teams to resolve challenges during the project execution phase ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of evolving government policies public procurement processes and funding channels advising the company on optimal approaches for successful engagement.
Prepare and submit Weekly Monthly and Quarterly Sales & Marketing Reports.
Report on activities and outcomes of domestic business trips.
Propose work improvements and suggestions to enhance efficiency and increase sales.
A Bachelors degree or higher with at least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development focused on the public sector.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is essential.
Indepth understanding of government operations with a solid network of contacts and demonstrated ability to expand market presence in the public domain.
Knowledgeable about the security industry with proven success in smart city transportation and parking operations projects. Passionate about new technologies and business models.
Strong crossfunctional coordination skills with a background in leading collaborative initiatives across multiple teams and industries.
