Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the F&B Department
- Ensure that the quality standards and procedures established for the F&B Department are understood and implemented across all outlets and departments
- Establish periodic budgets and forecasts for the department
- Coordinate daily with outlet managers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that all financial matters and transactions within the department are handled in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures set by the company hotel and the Financial Controllers office
- Develop implement and maintain all employee training programs for team members focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing demands of the business
- Interview select and recruit F&B staff
- Conduct performance reviews with the team
Qualifications :
Diploma in Hospitality Management/F&B
Experience in all aspects of F&B service especially in international luxury hotels
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Excellent reading writing and communication skills in English
High professionalism with strong human resources management skills and business acumen
Strong leadership communication and training skills
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Additional certifications related to F&B will be an advantage
