Our client is a company specialized in media who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Strategy:
- Participate in formulating and executing the company s medium- and long-term development strategies.
2. Management:
Oversee the entire Media Development Division including planning resource allocation and team supervision.
Lead and manage staff to ensure performance targets are met effectively.
Recruit train evaluate and make recommendations regarding rewards or disciplinary actions for team members.
Develop key personnel and succession plans for future leadership.
Establish professional and systematic management processes and mechanisms.
3. Market Development:
Lead negotiations and manage partnerships with building owners (residential complexes offices supermarkets etc.) for advertising screen installation contracts and renewals.
Maintain and strengthen long-term cooperation with key clients and partners including real estate investors and commercial property operators.
4. Operations:
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues and improve work efficiency.
Promote interdepartmental coordination to enhance overall organizational performance.
Represent the company in dealings with stakeholders including government agencies industry authorities and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in mid to senior-level management roles at large organizations preferably in relevant sectors.
At least 5 years of proven success in business development market expansion partner management or equivalent leadership roles.
Non-Vietnamese candidates must have a minimum of 6 years working experience in Vietnam or the Southeast Asian region.
Fluent in at least two languages with combinations such as Chinese-English Chinese-Vietnamese or Vietnamese-English. Strong preference for Chinese-Vietnamese or Chinese-English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and strong network with real estate developers is highly desirable.
Strong strategic thinking effective leadership and ability to work across multicultural environments.
Proven track record in leading teams inspiring growth and developing talent.
Excellent skills in communication problem-solving decision-making and business analysis.
Authorized to represent the company in dealings with partners clients and government authorities within the scope of responsibility.
