Job Description
- General Accounting Management:
- Oversee general accounting functions including journal entries reconciliations and month-end/year-end closings.
- Perform closing tasks of the process with accuracy and respecting deadlines; extending to GL analysis on other sub processes as required
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Contributing in building and continuously improving GL process
- General Ledger Process:
- Responsible for Closing checklist and maintain data in system.
- Perform IC transactions posting and reconciling with defined deadline for the assigned portfolio.
- Perform stocks reconciliations.
- Review and perform closing for the assigned portfolio including bank reconciliations amortization and depreciation revaluation and other closing tasks.
- Review and provide data and information for periodic management reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries for the related process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent Accounting/Corporate Finance as a plus
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Experience in an international environment with global collaboration is a plus but not required.
- Good experience in working with data.
- Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams SharePoint etc.) Power BI as a plus but not required.
