Job Description
1. Master Data Management:
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to uphold MDM capabilities and practices to ensure accurate reliable and consistent master data across the organization
- Identify opportunities for enhancing master data management processes and workflow data quality
2. Master Data Governance:
- Develop and implement procedures processes and regulations for MDM and ensure compliance across the organization
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to uphold data governance
3. Data Quality Management:
- Design and implement data quality controls to monitor and improve data accuracy
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and establish processes for continuous data quality monitoring
- Propose and implement DQ initiatives to uphold data accuracy and reliability
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into master data quality usage and compliance
4. Master Data Analytics:
- Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Propose and lead initiatives to apply advanced analytics into MDM to enhance data quality and compliance optimize operational activities
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with IT and business function to identify data needs and implement MDM solutions that support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Business Information Systems or a related field
- 7 years of experience in Data Management Business Analysis or a related role preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Mastery of SAP Master Data modules including MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales and Distribution) PP (Production Planning) FICO (Finance and Controlling) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Proficient in data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Filipino citizen with a strong understanding of the local training and automotive market. Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive engineering field, including at least 2 years in training or teaching roles. Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs). Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills. Ability to develop professional curricula and training materials. Preference given to candidates with degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or electric vehicle technology.
