Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed
- Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
- Maintain close liaison with the Sales Conference and Accounting teams
- Produce daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services
Qualifications :
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
- Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Previous experience within group and tour markets preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
