Our client is a top-notch company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Take ownership of daily operations related to debt collection including pre-due reminders early-stage follow-ups field collections and legal recovery actions.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies and action plans in accordance with different operational periods.
Monitor and manage collection performance to meet monthly targets ensuring portfolio health and risk mitigation.
Personally handle complex or escalated cases involving field visits legal actions asset recovery or repossession.
Collaborate closely with branch offices to ensure timely and accurate execution of collection activities.
Provide ongoing support to branch teams particularly on field and legal collections to ensure consistency and compliance.
Manage relationships with external collection partners/agencies and oversee the outsourcing of overdue debt recovery efforts.
Conduct training programs for internal and branch staff on effective collection strategies and best practices.
Develop and refine collection policies procedures and operational guidelines to optimize performance.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present to internal teams senior leadership and regional stakeholders.
Carry out other tasks and projects as assigned by the Country Managing Director (CMD).
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in debt collection with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Language Proficiency: Native Vietnamese is required; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Strong capability in strategic planning operational management and logical decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High level of integrity proactiveness and dedication with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Demonstrated self-discipline motivation and responsibility.
Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain persistence in challenging situations.
Solid understanding of laws and regulations related to debt collection practices.
Knowledgeable in various collection techniques and recovery approaches.
