Our client is a top-notch company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with top-tier national electronics retailers (Key Accounts) such as Th Gi i Di ng CellphoneS and other strategic chains.
Take the lead in managing sales performance (both sell-in and sell-through) across designated key accounts.
Co-develop business plans with partners focusing on promotional activities merchandising strategy and retail targets.
Lead negotiations on trading terms marketing budgets and in-store brand activation programs.
Track and analyze store-level performance delivering actionable insights and improvement plans.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to synchronize retail campaigns with brand objectives.
Lead regular performance reviews with KA clients including sales forecasting and reporting.
Coordinate product launches to ensure visibility placement and promotional support across retail outlets.
Reporting Responsibilities
Submit weekly monthly and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports.
Monitor and report on competitive activities product movement and retail trends.
Provide reports on domestic business trips including outcomes and insights.
Recommend process enhancements or initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and sales performance.
Hands-on experience in the sales and account management of tech-related products (e.g. smartphones PCs IoT) for 3 5 years preferably within fast-moving consumer electronics companies.
Fluency in either English or Chinese (for internal communication).
Proven track record working with national electronics retailers familiarity with chains such as Th Gi i Di ng CellphoneS or FPT is essential.
Strong knowledge of retail distribution brand building and execution at the point of sale.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Highly self-motivated performance-focused and capable of working autonomously.
