Our client is a top-notch company specialized in gems and jewellery who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
Define brand positioning that reflects core values such as trust craftsmanship and legacy.
Monitor industry trends customer insights and competitive landscape to adapt brand strategy as needed.
2. Marketing & Communication
Lead 360-degree brand campaigns (online & offline) that reinforce brand identity and drive awareness.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to create compelling content (video imagery messaging).
Oversee campaign performance through KPIs such as brand awareness engagement and ROI.
3. Product Portfolio & Market Insight
Work closely with product and sales teams to align product development with brand strategy and market demand.
Provide insights into consumer trends seasonal preferences and market segmentation.
Support new product launches with relevant brand messaging and go-to-market plans.
4. Brand Experience & Customer Touchpoints
Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints including retail stores e-commerce packaging and events.
Monitor brand health and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
Handle crisis communication and protect brand reputation when necessary.
5. Budget & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage brand marketing budgets effectively to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Sales Design and Retail Operations to align brand activities.
6. Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Track and report on brand performance using tools like brand tracking market research and digital analytics.
Recommend strategic adjustments based on insights and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
5 7 years of proven experience in brand management preferably in luxury jewelry fashion or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of branding principles customer behavior and integrated marketing.
Excellent communication project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with creative agencies and internal teams.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
English proficiency is a plus.
